Mental Training for Higher Productivity

Till quite recently, people undergoing mental training preferred to keep this fact about them under wraps. There were many reasons for this, the foremost one being the reactions of the society. Such people were viewed as having some mental issue by others around them.

This concept is fast changing now. The levels of stress and tension are rising in all age-groups, including kids as well. Mental coaching is helpful for improving your performance at work, home or studies. Lots of golfers, athletes and top sportsmen have now included mental training in their daily regime.
