Strengthen Your Memory

When we have a powerful memory it surely helps. And memory building is an important part of mental coaching. Lots of work gets done easily when you can recall things correctly. It also helps you from aging faster. Here is one fun exercise for foodies.

Make an effort to remember the different dishes listed on your preferred restaurant’s menu card. For an extra punch, you can try and learn the price for each dish offered too. Before going to bed, simply write down the maximum number of dishes and their prices, if possible, and then check with the menu card again.
