Now that I have introduced all of you to so many mental exercises, you might be feeling that they are enough for mental training. But the truth is not so. There is much more to mental coaching than simple exercises.
Aged people need to get over the monotony and regular routine in their every day life. This is because it leads to mental, emotional sluggishness and resignation. The best way to avoid this is to incorporate dialogue, interaction with others and confrontation in a well-organized life.
If you truly wish to live a good life at old age, you need to develop your cognitive skills from the beginning.
