Food For Thought

Now that I am sharing some lifestyle changes that you can adopt for a brilliant brain, this one is easy to do. All you need to do is consume a balanced diet consisting of fresh fruits, vegetables, pulses, cereals, nuts etc. Try and feed your body organic and natural foods and stay away from junk food like pizzas and pastries.

When your body is rich in nutrients and the required vitamins, the same is fed to the brain as well. This way your brain works with clarity and becomes more efficient. Isn’t this as simple as I told you before?
