Great Mental Training for Your Sight

This is the first mental exercise I am going to tell you about for improving your perception of sight. There are others for enhancing the other perceptive abilities of hearing, smell, touch and taste that will follow.

For exercising short-term memory, you can look at some object like a photograph, picture or any person you come across in the mall. Make a drawing of that object or person at once as per your understanding. Over the weekend, you can sketch all the seven objects or persons that you have observed by recalling them. This is helpful for improving long-term memory.
