When you wish to succeed in your sport, mental coaching is a must. Try and create a mental picture of the perfect shot that you watch on television or in a real tournament. Next you have to recall and analyze it frequently in your mind so that it fits in your brain.
Another important thing to do is to try and utilize all the five senses while doing this. Attempt to “feel” the strike or shot as if you are really playing the game. When you “hear” the sound of the golf club or tennis racket hitting the ball, you can understand it better.
