How Do Mental Exercises Work?

The primary aim of various mental exercises during mental training is to revive particular mental capabilities beforehand to avoid slowing down later in life. The different mental coaches never boast of unrealistic goals or brain ability.

What they do is they simply try and boost the capacity of the brain that was not used till today. As we know, we use only 1% of our brain’s ability. The mental exercises are not stressful and in fact, are lots of fun to do. When you keep on repeating these exercises from week to week, you are bound to experience results in a short time span.
