We have discussed about some books and online resources for mental coaching till now. These things are surely helpful without doubt. But they are not the only way of mental coaching as most people think. You cannot be mentally strong or improve brain power by simply attending a class or hiring a mental coach for you.
The most important thing that is needed along with all the above aids is your determination and willingness to enhance your mental prowess. Certain simple lifestyle changes that are made from your end can greatly influence your mental training and give it a boost.
