Whenever we see a lovely flower we tend to appreciate its color and shape etc. However, it is important that we enjoy the beauty of the flower using all our five senses. We should also teach our kids about this since childhood.

For mental boosting of your sense of smell, try this. Whenever you are having a meal at home or in a restaurant, try and find out the various ingredients in the delicacies you are relishing. This includes identifying the hidden flavor of spices and herbs as well. You can confirm your assessment by asking your host or the waiter at the restaurant.
