Now that we have been talking about brain exercises, I can see quite some of you already tired at the thought of some other workout! But if you don’t want to grow old forgetting things every now and then, mental exercises are indispensable.
You don’t have to set aside a certain amount of time for them. You can do them anywhere, anytime like while driving to and from work, while doing housework, shopping etc. There are daily activation exercises that you have to do each day and weekly workouts too. A combination of both will work wonders for your brain.
