I have seen many people who are constantly complaining about anything under the sun- right from their health, kids, job, average looks etc! These people cannot be mentally tough even if they sign up for the best mental coaching program.
Basically, you have to be very optimistic and think positively about everything around you. Even kids can be taught to talk positively about their health and fitness in general. This helps a lot to strengthen your brain and also keeps you in a happy frame of mind. When this is done, your brain works faster and better. Try it and let me know!
